CanTone is a signatory of the Equal Opportunities Commission’s “Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Employers”.

• We establish policies on racial equality and diversity inclusion.

• We have set up a fair process and guidelines to ensure that there is no discrimination against any racial group in the processes of recruitment, employment, promotion, employee development, and dismissal.

• We provide training, education, and encouragement to our employees to enhance their awareness of racial inclusion.

• We offer opportunities for Ethnic Minority communities to understand and engage in their respective sectors (such as internship opportunities, on-the-job training, and mentorship programs).

• We understand and respond to the specific needs of employees from different ethnic backgrounds in communication, policies, and activities, allowing them to integrate and participate within the organization.
